DDT KONSTRACT, INC. (DDTKI) is a duly registered corporation in the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office address at Unit 401 Lancaster Hotel, 622 Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. The company started as a modest sub-contractor and gradually worked our way to become an AAA Contractor. In a span of only twelve (15) years from its inception last April 8, 1998.
From a humble beginning up to the present, we never lost focus of our corporate philosophy of partnering with our clients, professionals in the construction industry, sub-contractors and suppliers as well. From experience we endeavour to share our knowledge as a means of giving back to the industry that gave us a niche in construction.
As service oriented organization, we give utmost importance to client satisfaction by continually improving the means of delivering our projects, in the safest way possible, of highest quality attainable, shortest time achievable, at a reasonable cost.
Most importantly, the whole organization including the workers that make it possible for the work to get done are given due recognition and incentives.
OUR RESOURCES:
From a paid up Capital Stock of Pesos: FIVE MILLION (PHP 5,000,000.00) during the start of its Operation, the paid up Capital Stock has been increased to Pesos: SIX HUNDRED MILLION (PHP 600,000,000.00) with an Authorized Capital of Pesos: ONE BILLION (PHP 1,000,000,000.00).
With the company’s increased in capitalization plus full support from our partners in the finance sector, sub-contractors and suppliers sector, DDTKI’s Contracting Capacity has reached Pesos : THIRTY ONE BILLION (PHP 31,000,000,000.00). Thus the company is capable of contracting large scale projects.
Conscious efforts were put into acquisition of plant and equipment and other resources to afford the company flexibility in meeting the engineering challenges of doing work within the metropolis and at the same time keep up with the constantly changing technology. This also gave us the freedom to move resources without delay where additional resources are deemed necessary.
We have reliable fleet of major Plant and Equipment such as:
Lifting Equipment - Potain Tower Cranes, Mobile Cranes and Alimak Construction Elevators.
Earthmoving Equipment - Backhoes, Bulldozers, Payloaders, Graders and Dumptrucks.
Heavy Transport Equipment - Low and High bed trailers with tractor heads, self-loading trucks, ten and six wheeler boom trucks, wing vans and an array of personnel transport vehicles.
Quality Formwork System - Aluma Table Forms (Canadian Technology 15,000 Square Meter) RMD Kwikform and Rapid Shore System (British Technology 40,000 Square Meter), Mesa Wall System (Turkish Gang Wall System 1,600 Square Meter) and Shin Form Panels with Primary Beams and Drop Heads (Korea System 5,000 Square Meter) which is enough to cover 61,600 Square Meter formed area.
A 1.7 Hectares Precast Concrete Yard - capable of producing 8,000 Square Meters pre-cast concrete wall panels per month.
